Give your teams 24/7 access to the course library included in your enterprise agreement. From onboarding new employees to supporting ongoing professional development, on-demand education allows clinicians to learn at their own pace, at work or at home. Continuing Education hours are available for qualifying courses, with new programs and updates added to your licensed library as applicable.

Enterprise licensing helps you coordinate education across teams while maintaining individual learning records. Through Review License Usage, administrators can see who has created an account, identify who is actively using the education, and view an individual progress report for each student. This visibility helps education leaders monitor participation and identify opportunities for follow-up.

How Enterprise Unlimited Licensing Works
Once your enterprise agreement is established, PICC Excellence creates an organizational portal. Eligible staff use your organization’s Site License Access ID and password to create their individual accounts. Each learner then signs in to their own account to access the licensed courses, complete online post-tests, track CE credits, and print certificates immediately after successfully completing the applicable program requirements.

Unlimited enrollment allows your education program to grow with your workforce, without assigning a fixed number of learner seats. Course access and participating facilities are defined by your enterprise agreement.
