You are here because you already have a multi-user license and would like to add more courses. Or you can repeat the same license for a different group of nurses, or department, keeping them separate from existing licenses with access code protection.
Start by selecting your organization from the list below then enter your current Access ID and Access Password. NOTE: This is NOT your login id and password. Use the license Access ID and Password set up with the current site license. Enter the email address for the person granted authorization to manage your site license. This person must have a PICC Excellence account that has been granted special administrator access. The account doesn't have to use one of the site license spots, it can be a private PICC Excellence account. Give us a call if you need help with this or want admin access granted to your account.
Once the below information is entered and verified you're finished with this. Click finish to go to the list of existing multi-user licenses and choose the one of interest. Proceed through the normal process of selecting the license, complete the application form and submit for processing. If you want more than one new license, you'll have to process each addition multi-user product individually.
Finally, please note that this validation process will lapse after one hour. If you get called away or distracted and the validation lapses, simple revalidate through this screen.
