We operate on a first come first serve basis, allowing clinicians the best chance to enrich their skills. Life, however, is full of surprises, and we understand that sometimes plans change. If you ever find yourself needing to reschedule your workshop attendance, these guidelines are here to assist you.

WORKSHOP DATE CHANGES
Workshop registrants may change their workshop date once at no extra cost up to thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled workshop. A $100.00 non-refundable fee applies to second or subsequent rescheduling requests.

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason the registrant is unable to attend the scheduled workshop, registrants MUST contact PICC Excellence by phone to speak with our Communication Administrator at (888) 714-1951 or (706) 377-3360. Failure to speak with PICC Excellence forfeits both the workshop and the ability to reschedule the workshop. NO-SHOWS to workshop days are not eligible to be rescheduled.

PICC EXCELLENCE RIGHTS RESERVED
PICC Excellence reserves the right to cancel any workshop up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled workshop date. In the event of a cancellation or postponement by PICC Excellence, you will have the option to reschedule or maintain a credit for any educational product. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters are greatly appreciated.
Regrettably, refunds are not available for this workshop.
