A clinician is responsible for providing safe, quality care and must recognize complications and initial appropriate treatment when they arise. Complications with VAD Part 2 focuses on hemorrhages, nerve damage, stuck guidewires, arterial access, air emboli and finally, the inability to remove a catheter.
