On-Site Training
Customized On-Site Training
PICC Excellence has taught over 3000 IV and vascular access professionals at all levels of education and experience. The courses listed below represent years of teaching and refinement and provide the latest information and techniques in PICC/Midline insertion training. All of the courses are designed for customized on-site training by a PICC expert instructor. These classes can be one or more days in length depending on the number of students and the level of training desired. Ultrasound training typically requires two days plus four additional hours per student. PICC Excellence, Inc. provides all class materials; continuing education credit is earned for each class.
Customized training classes available include Basic PICC Qualification Training, Ultrasound Training, Basic Pediatric or Neonatal Insertion Training, Physician Training, Advanced Level Refresher Course and general vascular access training. The per diem rate for classes is $3,500.00 for the first day (includes a Site License) and $2,500.00 for the second day and each subsequent day, plus travel expenses. When schedules coordinate, the PICC instructor will gladly give a presentation at your medical staff meeting at no additional cost. If a staff meeting is scheduled during the days of training, the instructor provides a presentation detailing the benefits and uses of PICCs. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity during the training period.
