As a vascular access specialist and nurse educator, Nancy Moureau serves to: review cases, assist in approach strategies and provide research and testimony.

Nancy's specialty is IV access with adults and children. She is considered a national and international expert on PICCs, and functions as an expert witness. Working with plaintiff and defense cases, Nancy frequently reviews cases, provides strategy reports, performs research and provides referral information. As a PICC expert, educator, and researcher, Nancy stays up to date in all areas of intravenous access, primary complications, etiologies, preventive measures, and the standards of practice. Rates are structured on flat rate, hourly rate, and per day rate as follows:

Initial review is a flat rate of $2200 including record review, phone consultation, and affidavit – up to 6 hours of initial work. The hourly rate for deposition preparation and testimony is $295. Travel outside of 80 mile perimeter from office is at the per day rate of $2800 and includes trial testimony day(s). Travel within 80 miles of office is billed at the per hour rate of $295 and applies to deposition, testimony, and other related work.
