Consulting services are provided on an hourly, per day, or on a contracted/retainer basis. Hourly charges are $295. Daily rates are $2500 plus expenses and apply primarily to speaking engagements or site visits. On-going contact and phone consultation is standard following a visit for consulting with no additional charges. When questions are extensive, the hourly consulting rate will apply. Our clients are consistently very satisfied with our services and references will gladly be provided. All programs are customized for the specific facility based on a need assessment acquired prior to the training day. Satisfaction also includes follow-up with the customer and support is on-going long after the training is completed. We deal with clinical situations where there is a need to manage difficult clients with positive outcomes for both the client and manufacturer. Conference and Seminar presentations are at the same per day rate. Some discounts may apply. AVA Network, INS Chapter Meetings/Full Day Seminars are discounted on a case by case basis dependent on availability. Each topic is customized for the manufacturer and the presentation venue.
If your facility needs intensive consulting, the most economical way for you to receive the consultation is to use our retainer contracted services. There are three ways, or levels, in which you can contract with PICC Excellence, Inc. for retainer contracted services: Minimal Level, Intermediate Level, and Comprehensive Level Support.

Minimal Entry Level Support– allows you up to 10 hours per month of one-on-one consulting in the area of your choice. This is the most cost effective way to guarantee monthly access to consultation.
Intermediate Level Support-allows you up to 20 hours per month of one-on-one consulting in the area of your choice. This level of support is perfect for day-to-day projects that require outside consultation.
Comprehensive Level Support-allows you up to 40 hours per month of one-on-one consulting in the area of your choice. This is the most cost effective choice when you have ongoing, job-specific projects that need intensive, one-on-one consultation.
