PICC Excellence provides consulting for many companies on an on-going basis. Consulting and assisting manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, product developers and others is part of our commitment to helping increase the understanding of PICC usage and the products that work in conjunction with PICCs. PICC Excellence offers multiple contract options from which you can choose based on your specific needs. These retainer contracted services provide you with the lowest priced options available and are divided into 4 categories of support and based on at least a 6 month contract: Minimal (10 hours/mo), Intermediate (20 hours/mo), Dedicated (40 hours/mo) and Comprehensive (60 hours/mo). Setting up retained hours provides a reduced hourly rate based on level contracted and secures the dedicated hours each month to complete your clinical/educational goals.

Hours beyond the level of support selected are billed at $295 per hour unless otherwise arranged.

In addition to the 6 or 12 month contracted services available, PICC Excellence offers several other options for companies who may have short term consulting needs. These options are as follows:

Consulting services provided on an hourly bases: $295/hour (Travel time is included at ½ time)
Daily rates for speaking engagements or site visits: $2500 per day plus expenses
International daily rates for speaking engagements or site visits: $3500 per day plus expenses

On-going contact and phone consultation is standard for consulting services and is included in the retainer time and rate. All programs are customized for the specific facility/company need based on an assessment prior to the training day. Satisfaction also includes follow-up with the customer/client/training site with on-going support long after the training is complete. Our team of clinical and editorial staff are capable of dealing with situations where there is a need to create programs, present information to facilities or sales, manage difficult clients or situations and succeed with positive outcomes for all. For conference and seminar presentations, each topic is customized for the manufacturer and the presentation venue.
