Penny Offer is a Registered Nurse with 33 years of ICU, Neonatal, Medical Surgical and Infusion nursing experience. A certified registered nurse intravenous (CRNI) for many years, Penny applies her expertise placing PICCs with the IV Team at Morton Plant Mease Hospital in Clearwater Florida. Penny worked with establishing a profit center in an outpatient infusion center where her management, reimbursement knowledge and nursing experience created a highly successful facility from the ground up.

Penny is very involved with PICC training as an educator and consultant. PICC Excellence is pleased to have Penny working on our team of PICC Instructors.
