Nancy Moureau, RN, CRNI, is nationally and internationally recognized as an expert in vascular access and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCs).  She is the founder, President, and CEO of PICC Excellence™, Inc., a Florida based training, educational and consulting company.

Nancy has over 26 years of vascular access experience and has spent the past 17 years consulting and training others in placing PICC lines.  She has presented in more than 25 states and 7 countries, published in more than 50 publications, has on-going consulting projects with over 15 corporations and attorney groups, and has functioned as a legal expert witness on many cases dealing with vascular access litigation.
